Reservation Policies

  1. The contract

The contract is between PERU INKAS PLANET (also known as the company) and the customer, who is the person who travels or tries to travel on a tour operated by the company. You, the client is subject to having read and understood our travel policy as indicated below. By making a reservation by phone, or through the website, or by email or fax, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client in relation to the subject here, and will constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, warranty agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions or any promise of reimbursement that is not expressed herein. The service to be provided is / are the tour (s) mentioned in the reservation confirmation.

 

These conditions only apply to services in our program and not to international and national flights. These are subject to the conditions imposed by the airlines.

 

  1. Securing your reservation

To guarantee the reservation, PERU INKAS PLANET requires a completed reservation form (either that of our website or the one sent by us with your quote), together with the payment of the necessary deposit. The prudent time to make your reservation is 30 days before your trip to Peru, a reservation is accepted and becomes final only from the date on which your deposit is made and at that time there is a contract. PERU INKAS PLANET reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its discretion.

 3. Customer dataIn order to confirm and guarantee to the Clients the organization of the trip, the client must provide all their identity data with the initial payment or not later than 30 days before the start of the trip. Customer details include passport number, copy of passport data and medical form (if applicable), full name, date of birth, international flight information and nationality, case or mobile phone for any emergency. 4. Final payment / SurchargesIn order for the company to confirm and guarantee to the Clients their organization of their trip, the client must provide all the client data with their final payment at the beginning of the Tour. Surcharges: To avoid surcharges on your vacation make your reservation in advance, do not change hotel at the last minute. 5. If you change your reservationAn administration fee of US $ 50. per person will be charged if the confirmed reservation is changed or transferred to a different departure date or tour, up to 30 days before your trip. Thereafter all changes will be treated as cancellations and subject to charges as follows. If a client is not in a position to travel, and mentions us about 20 days in advance, in circumstances that PERU INKAS PLANET considers reasonable, then the reservation may be transferred to another suitable person, or their money will be returned less 20% since 10% goes on money transfer payments and the other 10% are administrative expenses, your money will be returned in less than 15 days.

 

6. ChangesThe company reserves the right to modify any of the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure or website. If that change is made, the customer will be informed at the time of booking or when the change occurs. Although the company will endeavor to operate all tours since the announced, reasonable changes in the itinerary can be made when it is deemed necessary or convenient by the Company due to external factors that are not within the competence of the company. 7. Cancellation by the CompanyPERU INKAS PLANET reserves the right to cancel any trip before execution is guaranteed, but it will not cancel the trip less than 30 days before departure. Your trip is guaranteed to work unless the minimum number indicates otherwise or by factors beyond the control of PERU INKAS PLANET. This applies to departures within the range of booklet validity. Note: airlines may impose 100% cancellation fees. 8. ComplaintsIf the client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, it is a condition of the contract that he tells our local representative at that time. If you do not complain at that time, if you later deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem and thus do PERU INKAS PLANET you cannot accept any responsibility. If the client has a dispute with PERU INKAS PLANET and cannot resolve it, please write to us within 28 days of your return and we will continue investigating.9. Travel and cancellation insuranceTravel insurance is highly recommended for all customers who book we recommend that you cover personal injuries, expenses

doctors, repatriation expenses, evacuation, cancellation and reduction expenses. It is our policy to verify the validity and coverage of your insurance policy and we reserve the right to deny transportation to any person whose insurance does not meet these criteria. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver form that acknowledges your acceptance that the insurance is recommended but refused and if necessary for the change or cancellation of your trip or if you incurred Expenses such as medical expenses, which the client will be responsible for all such additional costs.

  1. Medical Form insurance purposes

All clients are required to complete our PERU INKAS PLANET form, which must be signed and dated by a practicing physician (if there are pre-existing conditions) and sent to us no later than 15 days before the start of your trip.

  1. Financial Security

PERU INKAS PLANET is a travel agency accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and registered as a joint-stock company of the Ministries of the Peruvian tourist office. PERU INKAS PLANET complies with the current European standards for the protection of customer money.

  1. Customers responsibility

The client agrees to accept the authority and decisions of PERU INKAS PLANET employees, tour leaders and agents while on vacation. If in the opinion of these people, the health or conduct of a client at any time, before or after the departure seems to jeopardize the progress of the safety, comfort or tranquility of the tour, the client can be excluded from the totality or part of the tour. Clients must be in possession of their respective identity documents, and are responsible for carrying a valid passport visa,

where appropriate, and the vaccination certificates required for your trip as a whole. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after the return date.

  1. Our responsibilities

Reservations are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure trips and that visits, excursions or expeditions, which are included in our programs, are made at your own will. It is also important to understand that the most meticulous arrangements can go wrong. The company obliges to provide its services with the necessary diligence, so that the whole trip goes perfectly, we will strive to serve you as well as possible. The Company assumes no responsibility for force majeure, climatic phenomena or natural phenomena that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may make any trip uncomfortable or difficult, or for any delay or obstruction of your trip in any way. and does not guarantee the failure of the company, either for the total or partial execution of the provision of the services that the Company has committed to provide what may have been affected by the aforementioned factors.

  1. Flights / Delays

We cannot accept any responsibility for cancellations or delays on any of your flights, if the cancellation or delay is due to adverse weather conditions, the reprogramming of the airline, the airport of authority and / or the action of the air traffic controllers, mechanical failures or industrial action.

Our company will strive to solve your travel itinerary, and that any inconvenience is solved and nothing is affected by air delays. The Client must understand and be flexible if problems cannot be solved due to air delay. 15. Children PolicyIn all programs, unless otherwise indicated, the maximum age of a child is 11 years and 11 months. Over 12 years are considered adults and will be subject to adult rates. 16. Last minute bookingsFor all reservations made within 10 days of departure, there will be a fee of USD $ 20.00 charged to the file. This Last Minute fee covers our additional costs for Hotel, Train Ticket, Bus Ticket and operating expenses providers. I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions indicated above, in addition to the conditions of sale as indicated by the company on the website / brochure or form provided and that I am fully aware that my signature confirms this statement. Thanks for your preference.
